The Service

House Painters PTA is a free quote-comparison service. We pass your request to independent painting and waterproofing contractors who may contact you with availability and prices. We are not a painting contractor and do not carry out work or supply products.

No Obligation

Using the service is free and you are not obliged to accept any quotation. We do not guarantee how many contractors will respond, how quickly, or that a contractor will be available in your area or for your project.

Your Contract Is With the Contractor

Any quotation, contract, payment, workmanship, warranty, claim or dispute is between you and the contractor you hire. Check their quotation, track record, insurance and warranty terms before you pay a deposit.

Prices and Information

Prices on this website are ballpark ranges compiled from rates published by painting and waterproofing businesses and cost guides, for guidance only. They are not quotations or offers. Source names are shown for reference only and do not imply any affiliation. Information about painting and waterproofing is general and does not replace advice from a contractor or engineer who has seen your property.

Your Request

You agree to provide accurate information. By submitting a request you agree to it being shared with relevant contractors, as explained in the Privacy Policy.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for the work, advice, prices or conduct of any contractor, for damage, loss or injury arising from any work, or for loss arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
